What is a credit?
Credits are allotments that are earned either monthly, through a Webschool Subscription, or purchased in bundles.
All of our Webschool courses can only be purchased with credits, and range from 1-9 credits each.
How can I buy more credits?
You can buy one-off bundles of credits or become a Webschool Subscriber and receive 2 credits a month. You can top-up credits here >

How do I use my credits?
Your credits can be redeemed against courses in our Course Library. Simply navigate to a course you like and when you click the ‘Take this course’ button you’ll be redirected to a checkout.
Please note, you can only purchase courses with credits.
Do my credits expire?
No, your credits will not expire, however courses you purchase with your credits will expire access after 365 days.
What is the Webschool Subscription?
The Webschool Subscription entitles you to 2 credits a month for £47+VAT p/month. Credits do not expire and can be rolled over and banked.
How long do courses take to complete?
We estimate that Webschool courses range from 1-20 hours learning time. You will have access to the materials for 365 days.

How can I cancel my account?
If you would like to cancel your Webschool Subscription please log in and navigate to your Subscription details from your Account page.
How can I access the Companion Workbook?
You can unlock the Companion Workbook and the course it sits within by completing the How to Use Your Copy of Watertight Marketing free short course.
Once you hit complete on How to Use Your Copy of Watertight Marketing, you'll find that the Companion Workbook course will be open on your dashboard.
How can I make suggestions of courses or topics I would like to see added to Webschool?
