Topic: Marketing leaders are often brought in to be a ‘change agent’. It might be to oversee a new market or product strategy. It might be because the board has realised the need for improvement or a different approach. Indeed, strategic marketing projects in themselves often involve change.
Driving change – whether small or large – is always a challenge. In this roundtable, we looked at why change is needed, how it might falter and what makes for success.
